2018年参加江苏省政府主办的第四届江苏技能状元大赛，经过三轮比赛，在紫砂陶制作（制壶）项目凭借着其精湛深厚的技艺功底与独具内涵的艺术审美，在一众实力派参赛者中脱颖而出成功跻身前十强荣获三等奖。由省人力资源保障厅、省总工会分别授予“江苏省技术能手”、“江苏省五一创新能手”的荣誉称号并破格晋升为高级工艺美术师。

于洪霞：

1983年出生，98年有幸结缘紫砂，传统功底深厚，技艺精湛，起点不俗。

作品博彩众长，形神皆具、独特清新，在传统中注入现代气息。

2016年，全手工制壶大赛获

二等奖。
