5. What should I do if the product is damaged during shipping?

6. Are your teapots made from original-mined Yixing clay?
All our teapots are made from authentic original-mined clay from Huanglong Mountain in Yixing (purple clay, red clay, green clay, and more), without any chemical additives. Each teapot comes with a material certificate to verify its authenticity and safety.
7. What is the difference between fully handmade and semi-handmade teapots?
Fully handmade Yixing clay teapots are made entirely by artisans, while semi-handmade teapots are shaped with the assistance of molds. Both offer excellent functionality - you can choose according to your budget and collecting needs.
8. How should I care for a Yixing clay teapot?
Rinse it with warm water, soak it in boiling water 2-3 times, and then brew tea (such as pu-erh tea) in it for 1 hour to remove the kiln odor. To clean tea stains, use baking soda with warm water. Never use chemical cleaners.
9. How do I choose a teapot based on the type of tea?
To preserve the tea’s pure aroma, we recommend “one teapot for one type of tea.” Red clay is suitable for brewing oolong tea, purple clay is suitable for pu-erh tea, and green clay pairs well with green tea.
10. How can I identify genuine Yixing clay?
Authentic Yixing clay has a matte texture, absorbs water slowly, and naturally develops a warm, lustrous patina over time - avoid surfaces that are excessively shiny.
11. Pricing and customization
Prices vary depending on the rarity of the clay and the level of craftsmanship. Custom engraving (such as names or poems) requires an additional 3-5 business days.

13. Can I return an item?
Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
