Born in 1969 in Yixing, the pottery capital on the shore of Taihu Lake, she developed a love for purple clay art from an early age. In 1987, she became a student of senior master artisan Yin Xiaorong and began working in purple clay production and artistic creation. She later received guidance from masters Wang Yinxian and Wu Ming, gaining a deeper understanding of craftsmanship and artistic creation. Firmly committed to inheriting and advancing the art, she draws inspiration from the past while creating for the present and benefits from collective wisdom.
