You may already be accustomed to the fragrance of Zhuni clay and the steadiness of Zini clay. But have you ever wondered what it would be like if a teapot could simultaneously possess the characteristics of multiple clays?
This is not a fantasy, but the innate gift of Huanglongshan original ore multicolored duan clay.
It is not a single tone, but a natural gift of a "rainbow." In the deep sandy rock layers of Huanglongshan, natural coexistence of purple clay, green clay, red clay, and others permeate each other. After millions of years of geological changes, this unique clay with rich colors and a strong granular texture was formed.
A guoqiao flat-belly teapot made from Huanglongshan original ore multicolored duan clay, with a capacity of 240cc, perfectly sized to suit both solo tea tasting and sharing with friends.
Another charming aspect of this teapot is that it changes color over time with use, like an old friend growing together with its owner.
Initially Elegant: The multicolored duan clay teapot starts with a light beige color when first used.
Gradually Deepening: After brewing tea and maintenance, the color changes according to the owner's preference. When brewed with Yixing black tea or Pu'er tea over time, the teapot's color turns yellowish with red hues, with varying intensities, charming like the patina of ancient jade.
Green Tea Nourishment: If brewed with green tea or Tieguanyin, over time the yellowish color turns slightly greenish, resembling frozen pear, comparable to Tianhuang frozen stone, moist and pleasant.
This brewing process brings visual enjoyment. It deepens the emotional bond between the person and the teapot, making them intimate. Tasting tea and understanding the Dao can bring a peaceful, leisurely, and joyful experience.
